However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you are not completely satisfied with the services provided. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Service Satisfaction

We strive to deliver services that meet your expectations and project requirements. If you are not satisfied with the services provided, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Delivered: If a service you purchased has not been delivered according to the agreed-upon timeline and project scope, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • Service Not as Described: If the delivered service significantly deviates from what was agreed upon in the project proposal or contract, you may be eligible for a refund.

  • Technical Issues: If a technical issue on our end prevents us from delivering the service, you may be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed Services: Once a service has been fully delivered and accepted by you, it is considered final and non-refundable.

  • Custom Work: Due to the nature of custom digital services, such as branding, web development, and video editing, refunds will not be issued for work that has been completed and delivered to you, unless the service is not as described.

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued if you simply change your mind after the service has been delivered.

4. Creative Assets and Ownership

​

If you request a refund for any service that includes the delivery of creative assets (e.g., branding, designs, videos), and the refund is approved, you forfeit all rights and ownership of those assets. Ownership of the creative assets will be returned to Big Air Digital, and you are prohibited by law from using those assets in any form or on any platform.

Should you use the refunded creative assets without repurchasing them, Big Air Digital reserves the right to pursue legal action, and you may be subject to a lawsuit under the court of law.

5. Requesting a Refund

​

To request a refund, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the service. Include your name, contact information, the service provided, and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

6. Processing Refunds

​

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
