Client Responsibilities

Payments
All payments for services are due as outlined in the contract or agreement with Big Air Digital. Late payments may incur additional fees, and failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created by Big Air Digital during the course of providing services remains the property of Big Air Digital until full payment is received. Upon receipt of payment, ownership of the intellectual property will be transferred to the client as agreed upon in the contract.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Air Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Termination
Big Air Digital reserves the right to terminate or suspend any client’s access to our services without notice if the client breaches these Terms. Upon termination, all outstanding payments shall be immediately due and payable.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
